Deep thanks to our veterans. The pay is low, the hardship is high, the service to our country is invaluable. The politicians have used our military in reckless ways over the years (and the number of veterans in Congress is at an all-time low), but the men and women of our military serve without question and focus on achieving their mission for our country/us. If it were not for them we would be in deep trouble when trouble comes.

I’m especially proud of my father and brother who made careers in the military and their service to our country.
