Mmmmmm, Croquettas.
Some may think we’re spending weeks in Spain finding new culture, people, art and music. Not true. It’s all about the Croqueta. Soft creamy patata with bits of jamon or calamare on the inside and crusty and crunchy on the outside. mmmmmm.
