Iggy Pop on the Dinah Shore Show 1977
This segment is Dinah interviewing Iggy before he does a tune. The other video is the performance. The juxtaposition between southern, genteel Dinah Shore and a crazy bastard from Detroit like Iggy just blows my mind. He gives a great performance. His bass player and drummer are Soupy Sales sons and he’s got David Bowie playing keyboards!
